Keeping Fit

The layout for the business expo was pretty good.   Next to the food (the Falls Cafe), was a table for Anytime Fitness!

Meet Julie:

She has been one of the owners for about a year.  When I asked whether she had any hobbies or interests, she laughed and said, "working and keeping up with three and four year old children!   No wonder she didn't have time for hobbies!
