Eccentric Glamour

I ran into this glamorous, self described, "Queen of Accessories" on my way to Central Park. The Advanced Style ladies always tell me that accessories are the most important part of an outfit and this woman definitely does not disappoint. What is your favorite part of her outfit? ( I love her sunglasses and cane!)
